FOCUS ON THE STARS AND THE AGRICULTURE

Once Marie an me saw Claes Juranders´ paintings in a small basement in Varberg.
At the gallery there was also a book with the title EPA, on the works of Dostoyevsky among others.
The author's identity was somewhat unclear, but we bought the book and realized eventually that this fantastic artist was Claes Jurander. So when I was asked to exhibit along with CJ, it was easy to say yes based on the impression that his books and pictures did so long ago. It also taught me the importance of having contact with the provincial intelligentsia, an aspect that the capital sometimes seem to lack the ability to understand or be influenced by.
Another popular artist once said that it is good to take a trip outside the inner city, then you will be king in the provinces ...

Yes, of course when one have been crowned in the planes one can travel out into the world, to the Pompidou Centre in Paris, or Cologne and Aachen and get inspired by the art there. One can go to Ukraine to see their graffiti artists, with masters such as Wa-one and TECK . Or go to Stockholm and exhibit together with Claes which I will do now.

My grandfather on my mothers side, the electrician and amateur astronomer, tought me to respect contacts while striving beyond the stars. He had pole climber shoes and a motorcycle with a sidecar.

I also learned from my grandfather on my fathers side, the farmer, not to harvest where I have not sowed, ie my seeder machine consists of colors like red, blue, yellow, black, white, green and orange. Maybe purple brushes plus coffee and time.
