Lars Bohman Gallery is proud to present Ernst Billgren’s exhibition Abstrakt.
Billgren’s imagery holds plenty of art historical and mythological references, and his distinctive style exudes an unmistakable humorous edge. Billgren makes us revaluate our notions regarding taste and cultural preconceptions His wayward and varied oeuvre spans such diverse areas as painting, sculpture, set design, film, novels, furniture and jewelry.
A catalogue is produced in conjunction with the show and is available at the gallery.
